Growing Hope Globally
Growing Hope Globally (formerly Food Resources Bank) is a project that helps farmers and their families learn about farming and growing techniques. Locally we partner with Peace United Church of Christ in Hartsburg and Peace Lutheran in Salisbury. Most recently we raised $7,500 for the project and after Peace United’s and Peace Lutheran’s monetary and farming contributions, and profits were added, proceeds from the crop sale resulted in cash donations in excess of $22,000 to projects in Peru.
